    4. Ship Your Item: Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Media-Pariz.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
